SciAcademy Extended License

Bring Science Resources to Your Entire Team

The SciAcademy Extended License allows schools, departments, districts, and homeschool co-ops to provide multiple educators with full access to the SciAcademy membership under a single, affordable group license.

What's Included

With an extended license, all covered educators will receive:

  • Full access to the SciAcademy resource library for one year

  • Permission to use and customize materials in their classrooms

  • Internal use rights for Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, and similar platforms

  • Access to all updates and new content added during the license period

Licenses are for internal classroom use only. Public sharing, resale, or uploading to public-facing websites is not permitted.

Group Pricing

Our extended license pricing is based on the value of individual memberships ($120–$150/year) and includes tiered discounts for group access.

Homeschool co-ops use the same structure, based on the $150/year membership rate.
*Licenses are valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually.

How to Apply for an Extended License

Step 1: Download Both Forms
You will need to complete both of the following:

Step 2: Fill in the Details
Provide the following information in your forms:

  • School, district, or co-op name

  • Number of educators covered

  • Selected tier or request for a custom quote

  • Preferred license start date

  • Contact information for communication and invoicing

Step 3: Submit Your Forms
Completed forms can be submitted by:

  • Emailing to liz@es-education.com

Step 4: Receive Your Quote and Invoice
A custom quote or invoice will be sent within two business days. If additional information is needed, we’ll follow up.

Step 5: Activate Your License
Once payment is received, we’ll activate your license and onboard your educators.
